Refund Policy
We want you to love your purchase from ZestNest, but if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a 30-calendar-day window from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, unwashed, in its original packaging, and accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase, keeping in mind that certain items like gift cards are non-returnable. You will be responsible for covering your own return shipping costs, which are non-refundable and will be deducted from your final payout. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund; if approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@zestnest.com with photo proof so we can arrange a replacement or full refund right away.
